Since 2001, Manag'in has been helping organizations improve and innovate their Customer Interaction Management, acting at the strategy, operations and technology levels.

Olivier De Brauwer, Founder

Our story

Olivier has been consolidating solid expertise for 30 years in a mix of entrepreneurship, management and consulting with a proven track record in many sectors of activity.

 

Entrepreneur at heart, Olivier builds his first company in 1992 active in home technology.

 

In 1998 he turns to the services sector and opens his Call Center teleservices company.

 

In 2001 he merges with one of the leaders of the Outsourcing Contact Center Belgian market. He creates Manag'in which successfully assumed his first mission as Contact Center COO.

 

In 2004 he diversifies his services in the "In-House" business market within company’s operations in many sectors : Telecommunications, Automotive, Outsourcing, Media, Airlines, Self-servicing, Energy, Railway, ICT...

 

In 2010 he extends his experience abroad, advises and assists the Belgian shareholding of an overseas Contact Center BPO provider active on 5 sites in Canada.

Since then, he has continued his success by satisfying Belgian TOP100 companies, enriching his experience in the Public and in the Banking & Insurance sectors, covering more than 1500 FTEs.

Initially from mathematical education, Olivier has diversified his skills in finance, marketing, general management, project management, through certified training from renowned institutions (Solvay-PME, Ichec-Entreprises, Prince2, AgileDSDM ...). This enables him a capacity of a multi-dimensional management approach.

He is described as a passionate and dynamic professional, sense maker, enthusiastic and pragmatic, emphasizing co-creation, collaboration and empowerment.
